This month start with some really great news for everyone. New Zealand’s border will now be fully reopened by the end of July.
New Zealand government has opened up the borders early, so that Kiwis can reconnect with the world.

Here are some important updates for RV21: - Till 30 June 2022 INZ has received over 100,00 applications and currently around 29,000 applications approved with over 60,000 people.
- For offshore partners and dependents of work and student visa holders from 31 May 2022.
- Accreditation Employer work visa started from 4 July 2022 for all the applicants from onshore or offshore.
- From 31 July 2022, all applicants for Visitor Visa, Student Visa, Parents Visa or Partner visa will be able to submit new visa applications to travel to New Zealand from offshore.

How to end the Tenancy Agreement?
|
|
|
A fixed-term tenancy only lasts for the set amount of time on the tenancy agreement. It can be renewed or extended if the landlord and tenant agree. Landlords and tenants can agree to end the tenancy early. Fixed-term tenancies can only be changed if the landlord and all the tenants agree. Any agreement should be in writing and should include what’s been agreed to. Both the landlord and tenants should keep a copy of this.

Form and content of employee records and documentsIt is the duty of an employer to maintain records relating to each and every employee. These are non delegable duties and rests squarely with the employer. This means that the responsibility is with the employer. So that if an employer has been found not to have employee records, the employer cannot say it was the manager (or such other) who had to maintain the records and he /she does not know anything about it. In such instances the employer needs to ensure any manager or such other is carrying out the maintenance of the records accurately and in compliance.

The healthy homes standards introduce specific and minimum standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress and drainage, and draught stopping in rental properties. Landlords are responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of their rental properties.
